Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winbest website at winbest.app, creating a winbest account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the winbest platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the winbest Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the winbest platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing winbest content. winbest reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the winbest platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing winbest on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on their behalf.

Eligibility

To register and use the winbest platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. winbest strictly complies with Philippine law, which sets the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling at 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing winbest is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that you have previously requested through winbest or any other gaming operator.
• Not a winbest Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of winbest, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

winbest reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winbest may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of winbest services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the winbest registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) winbest account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. winbest employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winbest reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbest login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Account Security: You must notify winbest immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winbest will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Real Identity Required: You must register using your real legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Accounts registered under aliases, nicknames, or fictitious names will be suspended.
• Contact Information: You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number. winbest will use these to communicate important account and security notifications.

winbest reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Payments

winbest accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All accepted payment methods are displayed on the winbest deposit page at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. winbest does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match the name on your winbest account, winbest reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and conduct a full investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on winbest are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If your payment source operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees — these are your responsibility.
• Deposit Fees: winbest does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your winbest account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your winbest account within the expected timeframe, contact winbest support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

winbest reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times at any time. Any such changes will be communicated via the winbest platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on winbest are subject to the following conditions and procedures. winbest is committed to processing withdrawals promptly, but reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing any withdrawal.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP.
• Verification Requirement: Before your first withdrawal, winbest may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. winbest reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal processing.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed on the winbest withdrawal page. winbest may adjust these limits at its discretion.
• Pending Bonuses: If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawal of the bonus amount and associated winnings may be restricted until wagering requirements are fully met.

winbest reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, winbest may request additional documentation and cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

winbest offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your winbest account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winbest reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• No Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winbest platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

winbest uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by winbest or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

• Bets Once Placed: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the winbest system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, winbest reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. winbest's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact winbest support within 72 hours of the disputed event. winbest will review the relevant game logs and provide a final determination.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting results are determined by official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC). winbest reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed or where the integrity of an event is in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbest platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on winbest, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the winbest platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the winbest platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using winbest to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing winbest from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to use your winbest account, or using another person's winbest account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling on winbest.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbest staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winbest platform — including but not limited to the winbest logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of winbest or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winbest platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winbest content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on winbest content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any winbest software or technology.
• Use the winbest brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of winbest intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winbest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winbest platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on winbest.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime of the winbest platform.
• Unauthorized access to your winbest account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results that are subsequently corrected by winbest in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the winbest platform.

winbest's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winbest platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winbest account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winbest's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

winbest collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the winbest Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the winbest platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winbest will use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries.
• Sending you promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Improving the winbest platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

Responsible Gaming

Termination & Account Closure

winbest reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.

You may close your winbest account at any time by contacting winbest customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

winbest reserves the right to retain your personal data for the period required by applicable Philippine law following account closure, including for AML compliance and regulatory reporting purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

winbest reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winbest will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the winbest platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the winbest platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the winbest platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the winbest website at winbest.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winbest platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact winbest support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent winbest from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
